- Treat Airway obstruction: Intubation
- Epinephrine 1: 1000 0.5 ml IM in anteriolateral thigh if anaphylaxis present. May repeat every 5 minutes.
- If on beta blockers give glucagon 1mg IV
- Fresh Frozen Plasma 10 ml/kg IV
- Specific Medication options:
- Berinert 20 u/kg IV
- Ecallantide 10 mg SQ upto 3 doses
- Icatibant 30 mg SQ
- If identifiable allergen:
- Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) 1mg/kg IV or IM (max 50 mg)
- Ranitidine 1mg/kg IV
- Solumedrol 250mg IV once followed by 125 mg IV q6h
